Atty. Irene D. Valones, DCL, DPA

She is a Atty. Irene D. Valones, DCL, DPA in the Supreme Court of the Philippines and a Subject Matter Expert on Forensics, Cybercrime, and Cybersecurity. She obtained her Doctor of Civil Law (Cum Laude) at UST, Doctor of Public Administration (Highest Distinction) at PLM, Master in Public Management (Dean’s Lister) at the University of the Philippines, and Master of Law (LLM) in Transnational Law (With Merit) at King’s College London, United Kingdom as a Chevening Scholar. She teaches in various law schools and the Graduate School of Law in the Philippines and is aMiliated with various organizations. In the 15th IASR International Conference 2024 in Forensic Science, Dr. Irene D. Valones will talk about “Cyber Forensics in The Big Data and Internet Of Things (IoTs): A Transnational Governance Of Digital Investigation and Evidence Acquisition In The Post-Pandemic Era.” In her presentation, she will discuss the methodological approach to cyber forensics, digital investigation, and evidence acquisition in the transnational paradigm to promote digital justice in the cyber community.
