Amol Deshmukh

Amol Deshmukh is joined through Public Service Commission of Maharashtra, as Group -A Officer in Forensic Education Services, posted as Head of Department of Forensic and Law in Institute of Forensic Science, Mumbai under the Department of Higher and Technical Education, Mantralaya, Government of Maharashtra. He has been appointed as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field of Cyber, Forensic, Investigations and Conviction worked in various capacities on Committees of State and Centre Government (Forensic and Police capacity building MHA). He has also served as a Forensic and Investigation Advisor to Maharashtra Police, Technical Advisor/OSD in Cyber for Maharashtra Cyber, Department of Home (GoM). He is associated with Educational Institutes, Universities, Research Organisation, Law Enforcement, Defences, and Government Department for innovation, capacity building and policy making. He has published numerous research papers in Scientific Journals and his work on Nuclear Forensics (BARC) was considered by International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and United Nations. He has worked extensively on conviction improvement and modernisation of Law enforcement.
