K. V. Ravi Kumar

K V Ravi Kumar currently holds the senior position of Dean/Director of Institute of Security Sciences and Management at Rashtriya Raksha University, Gujarat. He was the Organizing Secretary of the 24th All India Forensic Science Conference sponsored by MHA, Govt. of India. He was deputed by Rashtriya Raksha University as a member of the delegation to explore academic exchange and research with the Universities of Southampton, Southampton Solent, Portsmouth, and Jil Dando Institute of University College of London, UK. He earlier worked as OSD (Plan Projects) with Joint Secretary, Police Modernization, MHA, Government of India. He was deputed by Govt. of India to prepare the project proposals of Countries like Maldives, Vietnam, and Seychelles to set up and modernize their forensic science setup. He has delivered lectures to IPS Officers during various VIC programs conducted by BPR&D on topics such as the Role of Forensic Science in Internal Security and Forensic Intelligence. He has attended International Forensic Science Technology Symposium, in Mexico, advanced Hi-Tech Training at FBI, laboratory Quantico, Virginia, USA, and visited Forensic Science Service Laboratory in Birmingham and London.
